I am equal parts logical and intuitive. I possess fiery energy, direct communication, and I'm the first to start something new. I am also empathetic, an inspiring storyteller, and relish nuance. I feel good about working well and work well when I feel good.
I started in marketing on the content side. I noticed a trend with many of my clients; they needed more help with strategizing the content's implementation than obtaining it. I pivoted my content creation services to building funnels for multi-channel digital marketing.
I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, and I received my Master's in NYC. I now live in Seattle, Washington, where I lead marketing for a mining industry tech company. I work with three worldwide organizations and actively refine my communication skills for our global audiences.

I play many roles with this nonprofit; teacher, mentor, and consultant. I'm proud to be a part of this after-school program. It is accessible to all and a place for teenagers to express themselves, collaborate with peers, and experience art. We know art education enhances our critical thinking and our mental well-being. I have translated this awareness into action for our youth. Unfortunately, Washington state spends less than $2.50 per year, per student, on art education. In Seattle, 70% of our youth will graduate without taking a single art course during their high school career. I'm working to combat this and serve our community better.
A/B testing alone will never dictate my marketing actions. I listen to our target audience's pain points and subject matter experts in the industry to effectively communicate our solutions' value. It's worth the time and effort to attend industry conferences and webinars, talk to internal sales and development teams, AND gather intel from data analytics before making marketing campaign decisions.
I genuinely believe we do better when we do it together. Human innovation has always been a result of collaboration. I am keenly aware of when sections of our community are absent from the workplace. Their perspectives and ideas are also left out, and we miss opportunities because of their absence. Diversity will strengthen our teams. I never shy away from advocating on behalf of the underrepresented.
